new error message

Just one error after another it seems like with my computer. Now today I get another error message and I can't access anything.

It was working last nite. Now it is not working at all.

I get the error message "Unable to Load Device Manager Program File devmgr.dll.

It is still in my system32 I can register it either.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
