Slow initial setup XP after sysprep

Hi,

Does anyone have an idea how to troubleshoot the following problem.

I have created an new XP image. After runing a sysprep (-mini) and creating an image with Ghost, I tried to restore the image on the same machine. When the image was restored and I turned on the machine it starts the Windows Professional Setup. The setup continue's normal till it comes at the Networking Setup. The blue line indicating the progress fills complete but than stops for more than 20 minutes. After that it continues and I can Join the Domain normal and finish the setup.

THe sysprep.inf states

[networking]

InstallDefaultComponents=yes
