Modifying Run Window (Dialogue Box)

I did had created few unattended setup.some with drivers too.

Just few months before i saw an unattended windows called palestine xp.From that i learned lot of things for unattended setup, but i was not able to find how run windows was modified. It was having image(picture in that) and also did had current date also.wanna get help from u all guys from there to create same thing like that.dont know which exact file is to be edited.plz give me an idea about this.
