Outlook 2003 search

Hi!

A 'colleague' of mine use Outlook 2003 for his mail. He's got quite many mails and when he does a search in the box in the middle it takes some time. He has discovered that Outlook begins to search the oldest mails first and then works it ways through to the newer ones. Can this be true? If so, can it be changed? He'd like to search the newest first.
