Font Issues

I've got computers, one running Vista and one running XP. If I use particular fonts in Word 2003, they appear different sizes on the XP machine against the Vista machine. For example Estrangelo Edessa font size 12 is about 20% bigger on Xp than on Vista.

Does anybody know why this is because it means that if I format a document on one, it is all out of line when I open it on the other???
