Slipstream SP3 in 2003, but require key from users?

I am trying to slipstream SP3 into Office 2003. I can create the slipstreamed Office installation without errors and it installs fine except that you are not prompted for the installation key. I need to distribute this to our users, but we require the users to call into our Help Desk anytime they perform an installation so that the Help Desk techs can enter the key for the user. This keeps the users from writing the key down and installing software on their home computers or other computers in the office that have not paid for an upgrade.

I need a way to slipstream SP3 into Office 2003, but then remove the key so that users are prompted for it anytime they try to install it.

Any ideas?
