What is the way to solve the current situation? Googling around I found a workaround of the problem - to edit the recovery settings of the service "DCOM Server Process Launcher" so that it restarts itself not the computer. The DCOM is mentioned because it was problematic before. Now the "Plug and play" service causes problems. Give me a clue...
