Outlook mail on Exchange Server cannot open...

I removed an account and deleted the profile of someone in my company.

Now when I made a new account in Outlook 2003 it is giving me an error message when I try to open Outlook:

I can create a new personal folder and open Outlook will open with that as the default mail box, however I cannot open Outlook with the employee username mail (which should be the default) since he has all his mail there.

I have tried to delete all the pst and ost folders from the Outlook folder and let Outlook create it from scratch but that dosnt work either.

Please help.
