Join a domian using XP MCE

I want to make an unattended MCE disk that will join a domian. I have found a way around that so i could have my pc to join, after searching around the internet. I needed to change a value in the SYSTEM file located in C:\WINDOWS\system32\config. Now my question is....Can i incorporate that into my unattended installation
