Add Remove programs is blank

I've searched the forum for answers but don't yet have a solution. I'm running XP-Pro x86 with SP2.

After installing Norton 360, my "Add Remove Programs" is blank. Strangly the registry entry, "hklm\software\microsoft\windows\current version\uninstall" has a very full listing.

I was getting an error referring to "tabletpc.inf" but I don't see that file anywhere on my machine and can't find it on the original XP disc. (View option for folders is set to show all.) Eventually I removed 360 with the Norton remove tool but the add/remove programs screen remains blank, all though my hd led lights continuiously.

Any thoughts on the subject will be appreciated. Thanks for looking...

Personally, I would stay clear of Norton products.

However, I had a similar problem in that it looked like the Add/Remove window was blank, but the programs were there just that I had to scroll down (a long way down) to find them.
