I am trying to deploy a 64 bit Windows 2003 Server R2 on a system and having difficulty. Just after starting the "Install Configuration Set" step the system errors out and says.

There was an error starting Setup ("C:\i386\winnt32.exe" /syspart:C:\ /noreboot /unattend:C:\sysprep\unattend.txt)

Interesting part is during the initial startup I tried to select the 64bit driver from Promise but windows says that it is incompabitable so I had to use the 32bit version. The only 32 bit version from Promise that I could get to work was from the CD I tried the two from the website and they both failed line 1181 or something caused an error. Does anyone have any suggestions. See my System Configuration and Winbom.ini below.

System configuration:

Intel Zeon E6750

Promise FastTrakTX4310

Western Digital 80GB x3 (RAID 5)

1GB x2 RAM
