Hello Everyone,

I hope that somebody can help me with this because its not working the way I wanted, the thing is i have three different dell machine's here : GX745, GX620 and the 170L, and there all in my small home network. I thought by myself maybe its a good idear to make just one image for all three the machine's.

So I installed one machine with Windows XP SP2 and also installed the drivers for this machine. after that I installed the drivers for the other 2 machines also. Some devices where similair for instance the networkcard was similair on every machine. So I installed all the drivers that i needed. Then i took an image off that machine with sysprep, but that was not so smart of me. I imaged another machine with this image, but after logging on the screen resolution was on 640x480 so the drivers for the graphics card where not installed as they should. The soundcard, USB controller and the networkcard where also not installed.

Can someone please tell me what I did wrong here ???

Have you read the Unattended Guide?

Check out the Driverpacks solution in my signature, works great for most, if not all, Dells. Might be more than you need, but will provide the best solution in the long run.

Also, check out the RVM Integrator and Siginet's Powerpacker. That should be enough for now.

Time spent will not be in vain. :thumbup
