Multi-boot menu to add on my UAXP & 2003 CD

i've already have my UA CD ready its just that i want those options to be in my boot menu after i've installed my OS, so i want them to be on my CD.

Dual Boot options menu:

Microsoft Windows XP

Windows recovery console

Recover Corrupted Registry

Hardware Profile

Safe mode

System Restore

Repair Missing NTLDR

Restore Missing boot.ini

MS-DOS
