Macro Mania variable loop, need help plz

I am using macro mania and I am trying to write a macro that will hit ctrl + space in looped with a variable time between 10 and 20 seconds for when it repeats the loop.

Here is what I have so far:

:Start

Send ^({ })

WaitFor Timeout 10

Goto Start
