FreakNation Posted October 5, 2007 Posted October 5, 2007 Hi Guys! Since 1 week I've been trying to realise a unattended win2003 installation over the network, but It won't work!I'm starting the computer with the UBCD4win Boot cd, and than I mount the network-folder (where all data are in) and start the installation. To Include the drivers I've used the latest base, chipset, cpu, MassStorage Driverpacks from "www.driverpacks.net"And If I tried both slipstream way to do the win2003 installation, but with both way It didn't work!Slipstream Method 1:If I'm working with this method, the Installation works without failure. But After the installation after the first system reboot, the system shows maybe for 1-2 seconds a bluescreen and than It restart the system. And it do it all the time (infinite loop).Slipstream Method 2: If I'm working with this method, I get at the beginning of the installation an error "Cannot find C:\DSPDSblr.exe" and the installation break up.So I hope someone can help me! Or give me some advices where the problem could be. I still think It's the SATA Raid controller, But I'm not sure!?
VCC Posted October 6, 2007 Posted October 6, 2007 Well, in case you're not aware. DSPDsblr.exe is "Driver Signing Policy Disabler" which is part of the Driverpacks, I think it is a function of the Finisher portion of it. So, if you are able to get to where the setup is running there may be a problem with the Driverpack setup. Seems the DSPDsblr.exe is not copying over. It runs when setup installs drivers so you're not getting a bunch of errors.I know, this may not be a lot of help, but I thought I'd pass it on anyway.Make sure you're pointing correctly to your source and you're choosing disk for the platform.Otherwise, you might want to try posting your problem in the Driverpacks forum. You'll probably get better help there since those who work with that project are going to be concentrating there for these kind of posts.
