when run a bat in svcpack.inf

I run a batch file through [setupHotfixesToRun] of the svcpack.inf, and the batch itself is in the svcpack folder.

here comes the problem:

the bat will invoke several applications in the same folder with it, but when it is running during the setup, it will invoke these application from "system32/inetsrv" which result in ()&*(#@#%$

I have no idea now. How can I fix it?

I have change the way to run the bat, and it works.
