Is there any way to disable admin passsword from guest user ?? (Windows xp )

or when i forget my password , how can recovery it or disable it ??

(excuse me if my note has mistake , i can not write english very well )

Log on as the administrator. Go to the control panel and click User Accounts. Go to Administrator, and choose create a password reset disk.
