disable the blocker of apps's startup

Hi,

I would like to know if someone know how to remove the thing which block application at startup ? is there a way to completely remove it or to make it allow anything at startup ?

I did found the answer to my question:

to be able to launch anything u have to disable the UAC (user account control):

u can use the registry for that:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System]
"EnableLUA"=dword:00000000
