VC# Express doenst create stand-alone installer

The created installer works like that:

execution of setup.exe:

1. collecting [appname].application

2. collecting subdir [appname]

3. install [appname]

4. executing [appname]

It's a little bit crappy isn't?

My new project 2ize should'nt be only available/ installable via my website!

Is there an official or additional tool i can use doing this?
