help with administration

hey guys i need your help,

i have designed an xp installation for a thin client in work, installs software and re arranges file structure etc, i then used, install rite to produce 2 .exe files 1 completely locks the pc with gp edit, and the other completely unlocks it. the problem is accessing the unlock once locked.

so i have a program that hides and locks folders which needs a password to access it. In here I can access the unlock .exe, but it wont show up when I vnc to it. I have tried several locking programs all have failed with different reasons the newest 1 cant access itself once gp edit has been locked. Please HELP!!
