Excel Startup Error

Hi

I kept getting this error msg when starting Excel 2003 SP2. The problem is isolated to an addon which was working fine in a WinXP machine with office 2003 SP2. I have since upgraded to Vista and reinstalled the same copy of Excel and updated it to SP3. I then uninstalled Office to get rid of SP3 and reinstalled Office and the SP2 patch. That is, finally I have Office 2003 SP2.

I also changed the macro security to low but that doesn't help.

Any suggestions? Could it be because some office modules were not installed (I used custom setup during installation)?
