Windows XP Account Setting Transfer

I was woundering, how can I copy the User Account settings over for users of all 3 machines on my network. Obviously if I had access to Windows XP Pro here I Would use Roaming Profiles. But is there a way for me to just copy the settings over for each account on every machine. The accounts have been set up on this machine already. It's only going to be a first time thing so it's not going to change whenever someone logs in like on Roaming profiles, it's just going to be a first time thing.

Although I could go through each machine it would be time wasting. Sorry if this is a bit of a easy question, I'm a Linux person myself by trade.
