My Windows Xp sounds dont work

Hello,

Hey everybody I have problemas with my unattended windows the sounds of Windows Xp of Start And Shutdown Windows dont sound...I dont know what to do ..I havent deleted the sounds of C:\Windows\Media.. if go into Control Panel and check the options of sounds and all and then I play the sounds of Start And Shutdown they work.. but just there..

Note: in the first 3 starts of windows they sound then no :S anyidea?

Sounds like issues with drivers.

well they work and you can listen music and all...so its not a driver problem...but those 2 sounds only work like 3 times ..and no more...

ok they work ^^thanks anyways I did it..

So what was the problem?
