Theme change in Default User's ntuser.dat

Hello,

I am trying to find a way to automatically change the default theme of the Default User's ntuser.dat from Luna to Classic. I would prefer this either to be a WMI call or a reg tweak that I can import during our build process. It is required that this be automated so that there is no user interaction to actually make the change. This isbeing used in conjunction with BDD and its build processes.
