fiberglasscivic Posted September 11, 2007 Posted September 11, 2007 I have a Gateway G6-350. PII 350MHz, 448MB RAM. I recently updated this to XP Pro and lost support for my second COM port. The original MB has 2 serial ports and a parallel port. Only one of the serial ports shows up in my device manager. Is there any way to fix this problem and would I be able to use both ports at the same time if it can be fixed?
