Can't install unsigned nvidia video drivers in vista 32 anymore

Hi, i'm new here :hello: but I've been visting the site as a reader for some time.

For some reason I can't install my 163.44 drivers anymore. I'm using Vista business 32-bit. After I uninstalled them in safe mode the automatic driver install loaded up and installed the "standard graphics adapter" driver, same with other devices when I uninstall the nforce drivers. This happens also in safemode with no

internet connection.

-here is a screen of my settings: http://i231.photobucket.com/albums/ee95/mi.../Untitled22.jpg

-here are screens of the automatic driver install doesn't let me cancel either:

Not sure what to do, I'm guessing I need to disable the automatic driver install somehow? And I would also need to enable the warning dialog for unsigned drivers but I don't know how to.
