Application installs with OPK

Hey guys.

Very new to using the OPK, but I've been requested to get this up and running by the boss. At the moment I'm trying to get some application installers to run after Windows is installed: silently and automatically. The OPK Setup Manager has a section for this, and I've filled in all the appropriate programs I want to install. I've then created a WinPE boot floppy and started the OPK install (over network).

That all works fine - even picks up the branding logos and what-not from our technician computer. Unfortunately nothing happens with the applications: they don't run, install, don't do anything. They don't even appear in the winbom.ini file on the floppy.

What am I doing wrong? For reference, the apps I'm installing are a few drivers, Adobe Reader & eventually Nero (if I can figure out command line switches to install the right components and request an OEM CD key).
