Can't write a key registry

Hi,

I just installed Internet Lock 5.1 and export the hex code registration writen in

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\KLNI\E1AA1CEB8106007CC4EDBF69D97E5DA4]

I tried deleting and re-applying that registry without success.

I got the here bellow message, even i stop the process (InetLock.exe) and disabled the service (Internet Lock Service), still i can't modify that key registry.

Is there any how to FORCE wrinting that key registry?
