Network issue with vista and Xbox360 Media center Extender

Hello guys,

I recently bought a HP m8125x media center pc that is hooked to a D-Link Di604 router and with a XBox360 as a Media Center extender. Every times that the pc goes to sleep mode or if I shut down the xbox for a long period (during the hole night for example), I always need to reboot the PC to get my network to be recognise by the xbox. Once I've reboot the pc, everything goes back to normal and everything is working perfectly....

Any ideas?
