I have one message that won't "send" in the outbox. It then blocks any new message that I attempt to send.

When I attempt to delete it, nothing happens. It is as if it is permanently stuck there.

How do I delete this from out box?

I may be wrong, but I believe there's a new hotfix to address this issue, assuming you mean Vista's Windows Mail application.
