Outlook and MySQL

We have set up a database using WordPress that holds the names of all our representatives world-wide. Our internal sales managers have requested the ability to send an email to all these representatives. We decided to set outlook up to pull from the current online database, so that there is one central location for our infmormation that will always be up to date.

But In order for us to be able to do this, we need to connect outlook to the MySQL DB.

We found this program: http://www.geniusconnect.com/geniusconnect.asp But are unsure if this is the way to go.

Has anyone else done this before? If so what are my options?
