Install Fonts and view clock with user right

Hi all,

I meet some problems about user right.

I use Samba and LDAP to be my windows domain PDC and all clients are windows xp.

My colleagues ask me to let them install/remove their fonts by themselves and they would like to view the clock (calendar).

As I know these two rights need to be given Administrator right, but I don't want to give it to them.

I would like to know how I setup them with user right.

PS: My colleagues don't want to use another software to show the calendar.

PS: I tried to set the permission with full control of c:\windows\fonts for uses, but it doesn't work out. It seems that it will need to write into the registry.

PS: If they install the fonts, after rebooting, the fonts will be disappeared.

Thank you in advance.
