x64 firewall?

I have some issues with my connections, can't connect my router to the MAN/city network.

The support guy of my ISP is sure of what it is but it has to wait till monday, when they start working again...

Basically I can only connect with PC and not with router.

With PC connected everything is great!

But with router (netgear RP614v3) it either gives me an internal IP address (192.xxx.x.x) on the WAN/Internet port or 4 zeros (0.0.0.0)

This is the weird part.

I know if I get an internal IP address on the WAN port with PC I can run cmd/arp -a to find out who is giving me the internal IP address by seing the MAC address.

But can I do this if I'm behind a router?

I need to find out the MAC address of the machine that is givin my router the internal IP address

This forces me to use a software based firewall under this weekend, any advice is appreciated!

tried Jetico v2 and Comodo v3.

Jetico has too many pop ups of what to allow and deny, and Comodo v3 does not fully work on XP x64.
