DFS Newbie question

Did a search but didnt really see what I was looking for.

Problem.

I am taking over some one else's job and have to figure out what is going on. No experience with DFS. Upon double clicking too fast i in inadvertently deleted the replication group on one server.

When scoping out the work on the other server it looks like the settings were set up on that machine as well, but stopped working shortly after i did my accident.

My question.

So I just set up DFS on a server to replicate over the wan to another server. set up topology and verified the connection.

Do I have to set up the settings on the other server or will it pull over the settings through the replication I have set up on the primary?
