NVidia Control Panel Error when read icon

Hello from Russia.

I install NVidia drivers MX440, and driver add link to control panel7

And now, when I load control panel from explorer.exe, it calls error. From Total Commander - hung (or stuck, I know English bad). And now, I cannot access ANY link from Control Panel.

As I check, it wants to load link icon.

When I can find a place, where is links.

Please, tell me answer simple, I'm 15, and I'm not programmer.
