idon'tcare
My printer has stopped working, My computer no longer recognizes that any printer is connected or installed. I am unable to reinstall and when I click "add a printer" I simply get an "operation could not be completed" message. I have no clue what's going on so any help is appreciated, thanks. FAT64
The Print Spooler Service is not running. Click on Start>Run, type "services.msc" and press enter. Find the Print Spool Service and change the startup to Automatic.
idon'tcare
Thanks for the advice, however it doesn't seem to be helping. I did as you suggested, the print spooler was already set to automatic but it was stopped. I started it and it continues to say it is started, however the same problems persist. My computer does not recognize my printer and I am unable to install a printer. Thanks again, any further ideas will be appreciated.
