Integrating Drivers: Machine Specific?

I work for a small pc repair shop and I use Nlite to build a "stock" Xp disc with updates and a few standard programs for fresh and repair installs. Saves a lot of time.

I was wondering if I could integrate standard drivers into the install, the intel INF's, etc or is driver integration per machine. Like if I put all the standard intel drivers, say the updated Nvidia drivers and then install XP to a machine with a nforce chipset will it work? I'd like to put a pile of the standard stuff I encounter into the install so they are ready to go once XP is fully installed.
