MS Word: problem with Table page setup

Recommended Posts

Posted (edited)

Hi, i'm having a problem with a table in a word document (word 2003 - windows XP PRo).

situation:

i'm using a table (2 columns) on a page setup - paper A4, where i use column 1 for text (procedure of quality system) and column 2 to mention the documents that are linked (have to be used) with the text of column 1.

The table runs through 6 or 7 pages. (continously)

I've changed (enlarged) the Header to 4.17 cm ( +- 1.7 inch ?), by doing that my tables gets cut of after 1.25 page.

I've tried to split them up in two tables but that doesn't seem to work either. (noticed that when i copy the table in a new document without changed header, the table doesn't get cut, tried to change paper height (page setup) but without succes). View attached file (cut table on page 3)

If there's simple solution please let me know because i have to write more documents like this (this is first in this lay out) Thankx!!

Hello, me again,

i think i found the problem: i worked with format styles i 've changed (with numbering) and they had a paragraph style : "keep with next" so different rows kept together and the table got cut.

greets Erik
