Modifying Embeded Spreadsheet in PowerPoint 004

Hello,

I am trying to modify a spreadsheet that I have embedded inside of a PowerPoint 2004 presentation. Everytime I add a new line row, update and close the excel spreadsheet, the spreadsheet will not display the last row. Can anyone help me with this?
