Unattended Install and IE6 tweaks - Need Help

I have a current unattended install working with all sp2 and hotfixes. I use IUB to push the installs over the network. Everything is working except I have yet to find any information about how to set my Home Page for all users logging into the box and setup some favorites that I want all users to have. Can someone point me in the right direction as to a Guide or how to do this? I also have a question about winnt.sif and Unattend.txt are the the same? I have found some things pointing at the winnt.sif but I use unattend.txt as my answer file. Do I need to rework my install disk? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
