Unattended XP Install

Hi

I'm currently trying to run an unattended install of XP via a bootable USB stick. During the install I get to a point where it says

Setup was unable to locate such a drive with the required amount of free space.

Setup cannot continue.

and a whole load of other stuff i can't remember.

I know its trying to install XP onto my usb stick, but I can't figure out how to make it not do this, is there a fix for this? I can't seem to find one
