Unattended XP Pro install from CD problems

I hope someone can help.

Heres the deal

I am trying to do a basic unattended XP Pro install from CD using an answer file on a floppy

I have done the setupmgr created the file unattend.txt and renamed it to winnt.sif

Put that and the winnt.bat on a floppy

Boot from CD

What I get is nothing...lol

Works just like a regular install, anyone have any ideas why????

This is driving me nuts I have googled till my fingers bleed, all sites I read say I am doing it right but no dice???
