HELP runing once an install at the first startup

Hi all,

I have allmost finished the umpteenth update of my WinXP Unattended DVD. It remain only 1 silent install (let's call it) Special_Prog to finalize all.

Here the problem: I tested several time the silent install of that b]Special_Prog in normal Window session successfully.

When i try installing it during the (WPI) unattended installation it fails.

Then i tested to add a command line in my WINNT.SIF file [GuiRunOnce] section (as here bellow). Indeed, WPI Reboot the machine to finish installations, and Special_Prog.exe never called (executed).

I thought about adding that Special_Prog.exe in "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup" folder... first, It's NOT an elegant answer, secondly, I have NOT to forget to delete it after the 1st rebbot.

Any HELP will be appreciated.
