[UAC] messed up with password

i have 4 user created

admin

internet

jhon

maddy

maddy n admin is among administrative user

playing something (i don't rmember) and restarting , whenever i want to do administrative jobs, it asked for UAC administrative password, but the password field is greyedout. there is a place to input password but is greyedout(disabled)

not the only thing i can do is login through administrator.. but wheres the administrator? i can't login even through safemode, i later came to that admiistrator is disabled by default.

also i figured out, maddy is among administrator group but also behaving a normal user, that means UAC is preventing me to do any thing, even to disable, editing registry, file deletion, taking permission, installing application it asks for the UAC administrator password..

this is preety amazing problem for me, as i think i haven't messed such thing and being a administrator, i was asked for the UAC admin password but the input field is disabled.
