running outlook

hi everyone...i've just joined hoping one of you can help me.

i installed outlook from my ipaq software disc to communicate with the ipaq which worked perfectly.

i later installed the full office suite.

observing the full office suite is huge and i wasn't using it's features...i uninstalled it.

i then reinstalled outlook from the ipaq software disc.

however - everytime i doubleclick on the desktop shortcut to open and run outlook - windows installer puts a small window up saying to wait while it installs.

this little installer window stays on screen for about a minute and then goes away to be followed by a 'license agreement' window, which i have to ok, at which time outlook opens and works.

the installer window doesn't appear to actually do anything and it's irritating that i have to wait for it to go before outlook opens.

my question -

can i stop the installer trying to operate every time i want to run outlook?
