BuntyInida Posted July 22, 2007 Share Posted July 22, 2007 Hi,I am having a machine with 2.0Ghz Processor & 1 GB RAM 80 GB HDDWIN2000 is already installed.now I am trying to install Win XP.I have a Copy of winXP soft that has sp2 included when I enter the CD & boot from it it displays a Blue welcome screen for Setup but everything Runs very-2 slow there it take lot of time while examining Drive & copy the files to disk...when it finishes the file & restart It display "Restarting Computer..." but not restart when I restart it , it again start the same process of setupPlease HelpBuntyindia Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
MrGuy Posted July 30, 2007 Share Posted July 30, 2007 Try flashing your BIOS. Doesn't hurt having that up to date. Also if you have a different hard drive, I'd recommend trying that as well.
