Cant Type Over Watermark

Hi

Just a small problem, I have a spreadsheet that is filled in at work and there are two macro buttons on the side one puts an image behind the sheet and one removes it (it is acting like a watermark)

Problem is if you put in the watermark then try and type in the boxes the mouse will not let you click on a box if it is inside the image at all, but you can still click on the box if you go off the eedge of the image if you realise what I mean

I have tried sending the image to the rear but it still wont let you click on any part of the spreadsheet that has the image there, although if you use the arrow keys you dont have a problem?? weird

Can anyone tell me why?
