RED BLINKING LIGHTS

I would like to know how to create 4 blinking red lights (SQUARE SHAPE) in horizontal layout. The trick is that I would like for each light blink five seconds apart and it continue to rotate back to the first blinking light. So it should look like this, the first red light will blink once and after 5 SECONDS, the SECOND red light will blink, and after the 5 SECONDS, the THIRD red light will blink.

This is a repeated process for ALL 4 RED BLINKING lights. It should start from the LEFT and work it's way to the RIGHT side. Making a regular blinking light is easy but I do not know how to make 4 in a row which blinks 5 SECONDS apart from LEFT to RIGHT.

Well, what did you do to make one? Let's work off of that. Oh, and what is your version of PPT?
