Accidentally Removed Command line net tools

When I made my own install CD for XP-64 Pro, I must have un-checked something I shouldn't have, because now I do not have copies of ipconfig, ping, tracert, or any of those utils installed. Is there a place I can retrieve them all from the CD or internet, or is there a way to use nlite to reinstall what is missing?

P.S. I already googled for things like intitle:"index of" ipconfig.exe, and while that returned something like what I needed, they were win32, not win64, so they are useless to me.
