Multi Boot & Install using a USB pen/thumb drive

I have an 8GIG USB pen drive and I want to be able to boot from it and install to the local hard drive, one of 4 OS's that I have, XP pro, Server 2000, 2003 standard and 2003 ENT. I do not want to run the OS's from the USB, I want to INSTALL from the USB.

I have fooled around with Barts Pe and Magic Iso, and I even was able to make a great Multi-Boot DVD with these options using MagicISO, but as far as a pen drive is concerned I always run into problems. I do have a bios that is USB bootable.

I have tried to follow the guide here http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showtopic=74862 but I have problems with the SFX file. I want the USB to act as a multi boot dvd.
